White Bean Dip with Pita Chips


I love watching a good movie and having something to snack on. And because of the fiasco going on with corn – GMO- we’ve eliminated corn from our diet, unless it is certified GMO free. I used to make my own pita chips, but now thanks to Stacys All Natural Simply Naked , life is a little easier. Very simple, easy to do and nutritious too .

  • 2 cans of white beans drained – I like Navy beans
  • 3 Tbsp of crushed garlic – I’m a garlic fiend – use 2 if you like
  • 3 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1/2 cup of basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

In a cuisinart food processor combine all ingredients except salt and pepper and blend well. Place bean dip in bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. This is one power packed heart healthy dip, Enjoy !
