Super Sunday Deviled Eggs

These Deviled Eggs will be the hit of the Super Bowl party and the best part is – psssssst ! – don’t tell anyone – they are low fat but you won’t be able to tell because they’re de – lish ! In a pot large enough to hold 12 eggs add enough water to boil them, add 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of salt. Boil the eggs for 11 mins. and then let sit for another 7 mins. Rinse under cool water, then peel.

  • 1 dozen eggs boiled
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp of mayo
  • 1 tsp of tumeric
  • chopped chives for garnish
  • smoked paprika for garnish

After eggs have cooled , cut in half, remove yolk. Save just 3 of the egg yolks, place in cuisinart with cottage cheese, mayo and tumeric, and puree. Now fill the egg whites with puree and garnish with chives and paprika. Then Chill in fridge.

Enjoy ! Lets hope the Super Bowl is a good one this year, check out our other recipes for Super Sunday.
